Time flys, i have been working after my graduation for more than a month. Things are going well. It takes me quick a long time to get use to this 'normal' life style, 9 to 5 job. It is quiet good at the moment. i feel i have my own time before and after work. time is more effieciency.

In the morning, i have time to cook my own breadfast b4 work. Cook dinner after home at about 6. Usually cook at leat 2 meals in a row to save time. yum yum...

after this, it is true my own time. i can enjoy doing cross stiches. online for a whil, do some reading, learn MYOB and chat with friends for a while. this 'routine' is not too bad.

it nice to catch up with friends for a movie after whole day work. Tina, Franky and Shirley and i had Chicken Little in Jam Factory (South Yarra). The story line is ok, the charactor are funny, the most attraction is the 3D effect. We need a special  3D-glass to watch this movie. it is a plastic glasses with a bright green frame. With this glasses, we can see the charactor (animals) jumping towards us.

today is the day before my birthday. i am abit stress because of the werribee park acitive preparation and the night time party preparation. God help me to be relax and not be perfectnism.

However, i am so excited about my birthday this year. this will be the first ever birthday party i organise for myself. thanks God. Throughout this prepare. he really show his love to me. there are few things worth to note down.

first of all, God bless me with alot of true friendship. There will be more than 23 pals coming for my birthday. Most friend whoare coming for my party are friends build up since beginning of this year. i am so supprise by the number when i finished listing the guest name.

baking a cake is fun.

I baked a Lumberjack Cake after dinner tonight. it is easy to bake. my host mum's mum, Marian, tried it and said that is good. She finished the cake very quick...so happy.

I am going to let my host mum, Helen, try my cake tmw when she is back home. Hopefully she would love it, too.

yea..back to my Lumberjack Cake. there is dried dates and apple inside. the toping is shreded coconut. tasty.

Marian recommented that put dark brown sugar for the topping instead of brown sugar. The reason is dark brown sugar gives more favor and less sweet. thank you.

there is one thing i have to remember. that is put only half of the sugar whatever the recipe recomment. This is the way lead to succesful baking...^.^
